I have to emphasize that. That’s really true for renting a ads space which is just costing you $0.01.
However there is no doubt that the traffic and your ads appearance may not as many as you expected.

Ads System
There are three different ways to advertise your blog.
1. Targeted ads–Placing your ads at the targeted sites. There is a tool to help you find sites base on the price, page view, amount of ads running or empty slot available. If you find that the site’s page view, content, price is suitable for you. Your ads will be published after the ads spaces owner approved your application.
2. Network ads–Placing your ads across the entire network. Costing you $10 for 30days.That’s mean your ads will be shown on all blogs/ sites which are showing the widget.
3. Spikes–Placing your ads on the CMF Ads user dashboard. On the left sidebar. “Spikes” button. Your ads will appeared on this place. Every 50 spikes click will cost you 0.2. 25 clicks cost you 0.1 and 75 clicks cost you 0.3. All clicks will be clicked by unique visitor. No double clicks.
The ads slots
If my sites/blogs are very famous, many advertisers want to put ads on my spaces. However I only place 2 ads slot on your site/blog, what would happen to the late comer ads?
CMF Ads is running a rotation ads system. All ads will be displayed fairly and randomly. That’s why it is called ads slot.
Fund
There are three ways to let you add funds to your account for advertising.
1. Add fund via your paypal account.
2. Earn from the advertisers who place ads on your ad space.
3. Earn from clicking the spikes. You will earn $0.002 per click. If you click 50 spikes, you will earn $0.1.
Withdraw Fund
Fund withdraw is paid via paypal. Once your account is over $1, you can request withdraw and CMF Ads will be paid 50 % of your withdrawal. The remainning 50% will be used for the CMF Ads cost. Therefore, you and CMF Ads work under a 50/50 split rate. There is a recommendation from CMF Ads, they recommend you use the balance to buy more ads in order to generate more traffic.
In conclude, CMF Ads Advertising effect is not good enough. Since there is no incentive to make others click on your ads. Only Spikes can “force” other click on your ads.
Usually click and run. Besides Advertising, there is a shop when you click on the left sidebar “Tools and Settings”, you can use your fund to buy a review or other else.

Thanks for trying CMF Ads. There was one point I wanted to comment on:
“CMF Ads Advertising effect is not good enough. Since there is no incentive to make others click on your ads.”
and this:
“Only Spikes can “force” other click on your ads. Usually click and run.”
I’m not sure I understand your point here. You say that advertising isn’t good because we don’t give incentives to click ads, but you suggest that Spikes aren’t good because of the “click and run”.
If we gave people incentives for clicking ads, you’d get a lot more clicks, but most of them would be for the incentives only. Click incentives do not work with ads. If you try to run a product-based ad – i.e. one that will generate sales if people buy the product – you will see that any site that pays members to click ads will generate a lot of clicks, but very few sales. CMF Ads will generate fewer clicks, but in general you should get a better percentage of sales out of the number of clicks you do receive. Because there is no incentive to click ads placed via CMF, your clicks will only come from people who are interested in the ad. We believe this is what makes advertising work best.
Spikes are different because they are only seen by members who are logged in and who visit the Spikes page, unlike ads which are seen by anyone who visits a blog with the CMF Ads widget. Generally speaking, most people who click Spikes have an interest in the blog they’re clicking on, because we show the latest post. If someone clicks a spike and there is no new post since their last visit, they will leave immediately. Same goes for ads. It’s up to the blogger to reduce “click and run” on their site, no ad network can completely prevent this from happening on a blog. It depends on the blog.
Hi Ben,
Thanks for visiting and comment. I get all your points.
I agree with you the traffic are mainly depend on the blog content and quality.
i wonder why you said “free advertising” on your conclusion. i recently joined cmf and there are currently no free ads slots for advertisers, or i am just wrong?
You can earn from the spikes and sell your ads slots to raise your fund without spending your pocket. Therefore I said it is a free advertising.
